CARSON – Despite fielding only three letterwinners from 2019-20, 11 of 12 California Collegiate Athletic Association's (CCAA) men's basketball coaches think highly of Cal State Dominguez Hills' roster five transfers and six athletically-recognized freshmen as the Toros were predicted to finish fifth in the conference's annual preseason poll announced Tuesday.
