MGOLF: Huskies Start Strong at HCU Husky Intercollegiate

HOUSTON, Texas – HCU's men's golf team completed Day 1 of the HCU Husky Intercollegiate in third place, trailing just two strokes behind DePaul and one behind Stephen F. Austin. DePaul leads the field with a score of 580 (+4), while SFA holds second at 581 (+5). HCU finished the day at 582 (+6), setting themselves up for a strong final round. California Baptist and New Orleans round out the top five with scores of 586 (+10) and 588 (+12), respectively.
