CARSON — A seemingly innocent through ball headed towards the front of the Cal State Dominguez Hills goalmouth resulted in disaster as it nicked Ivette Fellix's arm in the box, allowing visiting Chico State to attempt and convert its penalty kick attempt in the Wildcats' 1-0 win on a sunny Sunday morning.
