Women's Golf, Champions: Cortland Wins Tight Battle for NWGC Crown, Earns NCAA Automatic Berth

BLOOMFIELD, CONN. – The Cortland women's golf team won its fifth Northeast Women's Golf Conference (NWGC) Championship in six years and earned the program's third NCAA Division III championship team berth in the past four years with a nail-biting finish at the two-day conference championship, held Saturday and Sunday at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course.
