Alex Goff Ties for 18th on Individual Leaderboard at SECs

ST. SIMON'S ISLAND, Ga. – Alex Goff captured a top-20 individual finish at the Southeastern Conference Championship to lead the Kentucky men's golf team. Goff tied for 18th overall and shot even-par over the course of the three rounds. Kentucky concluded stroke play in 13th overall.
 
Vanderbilt paced the field with a 16-under scorecard. Texas A&M finished in second at 13-under and Florida rounded out the top three with a 12-under scorecard. Kentucky will not move on to the quarterfinals portion of match play which begins on Saturday after finishing in 13th with a 28-over score.
 
Kentucky will now await its fate to see if it has earned an at-large bid into the NCAA Regionals. The GOLF Channel will unveil the field on May 4 at 4 p.m. ET.
