Big Red Men's Golf Sits 11th After Day One of Carpetbagger Classic

URBANA, Md. — The Cornell men's golf team hit the links for the first time since October 10 on Saturday during the first round of the 2024 Carpetbaggers Classic from the Worthington Manor Golf Course. After 18 holes of play, the Big Red find themselves in 11th place with a combined score of 320. Rhode Island currently leads the way at five over par (293), followed by Robert Morris (+11, 299), Bryant (+15, 303), and a tie between Binghamton and Mount Saint Mary at 16-over (304) to close out the top five.
