Bulldogs Conclude Oyster Shuck Match Play on Tuesday, Earn Tie for Seventh

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel women's golf team wrapped up the two-day Oyster Shuck Match Play with a tie for seventh-place overall, officially launching the program's spring schedule Monday, Feb. 12 and Tuesday, Feb. 13 at the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. On a rain-soaked opening round, the Bulldogs dropped four-of-five pairings to fellow SoCon adversary Samford before faltering in a tight final round to Purdue-Fort Wayne via a three-to-one margin.
