Coker Named LSC Men's Co-Golfer of the Week

DBU Men's Golf's Key Coker was named the Lone Star Conference Men's Golfer of the Week on Thursday, as announed by the LSC league office. Coker, a sophomore from Dallas, Texas, fired a 6-under-par 210 (74-68-68) to win the Rattler Invitational at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday. Coker prevailed in a scorecard playoff against UTPB's Sangha Park to claim medalist honors. Coker, who led the field with 13 birdies, is now in the top 10 (tied for No. 10) of lowest cards ever in the 25-year history of the event. His play also helped DBU to a runner-up team finish.
