Courtney’s Par Leads Men’s Golf to Top 10 Finish at Charleston Invitational

Charleston, W. Va. – For the second straight tournament in 2023, the Wheeling University Men's Golf team picks up a top 10 finish, fueled by the work of a strong freshman class. They wrapped up the University of Charleston Invitational on Tuesday, and finished tied for 10th with a three-round score of 910. A pair of Cardinal freshman shot sub-80 scores on the day, finishing out what was a strong start to Mountain East Conference (MEC) play.
