CSU Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams Competing at PGA Works Collegiate Championship

Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. — The Chicago State men's golf team and members of the Cougars women's golf team are competing in the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The men's currently sit in ninth place after the first of three rounds, shooting 342 (+54), while the women had two golfers competing as individuals but Adriana Gonzalez had to withdraw due to injury, leaving Darinka Velazquez as the only competitor. She is currently in 18th after shooting 88 (+16).
