Day Two of Charleston Invitational Washed Away After Two Holes

Charleston, W. Va. – The Wheeling University Men's and Women's Golf teams began to hit the course on Tuesday, but the rains came down cancelling the final round of competition after just two holes. The event came to an end with the women playing 18 holes and the men playing 36 holes to round out the first Mountain East Conference (MEC) event of the spring. With the rainout, the men finish 6th overall at the event while the women had two golfers placing in the top 10 of the event.
