ELMIRA, N.Y. — The Elmira College Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is excited to announce its 2nd annual "Soaring Forward Fundraising Challenge," the comprehensive athletics giving campaign designed to support the financial needs of EC's 16 varsity teams as well as department-wide athletics programming.
