PEORIA, Ill. – A hot start has the Illinois Wesleyan University men's golf team atop the team standings after first round play at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championship at the par-72, 7030-yard WeaverRidge Golf Course. IWU carded a three-under 285 in round one to hold a 12-stroke lead at the league championship.
