Flanagan leads MSU surge in final round at the Cardinal Challenge

BEAUMONT, Texas — Midwestern State overcame tough course conditions to shoot the low score in the final round in the Cardinal Challenge Tuesday afternoon at the Beaumont Country Club.

Junior Brecklyn Flanagan battled her way to card five birdies on the way to a 3-over 75 for the second lowest individual tally in the third round to move up seven spots to close play tied for sixth.
