FSU Golf Heads into CIAA Championship Final Round Tied for the Lead

Fayetteville State University, the defending CIAA Golf Champions, and Virginia Union University are tied for the lead heading into the final round of the 72-hole tournament with a score of 581. The Broncos led the field of eight teams with a 288 (E) 18-hole card, and shot a +5 (293) to end the day. The Panthers were three over (291) and two over (290). Freshman Logan Atkins (Dunn, NC) is leading FSU with a 141 (-3) while vying for the Low Medalist Award ranked second overall.
