Gabbard, Mustangs start season strong at DBU Women's Classic

DENTON, Texas — The wind picked up for the final round of the DBU Women's Classic, giving many holes on the Wildhorse Golf Club at Robson Ranch teeth Tuesday afternoon.

Still, Midwestern State managed the fourth lowest round in a very competitive field with a 5-over 293 to power the Mustangs to a fifth-place team showing.
