[Golf] Foresters kick off spring with Showdown at Legends

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Huntington golf teams kicked off the spring portion of their schedule by heading to Myrtle Beach for the Showdown at Legends hosted by Lindsay Wilson where the women placed tenth and the men finished eighth.The Forester women shot better each round on the way to tallying a three-round total of 1125 (382-377-366). Danielle Tinsley led HU with a 34th-place score of 263 (96-85-82). Abby Sheehan was next for Coach Patrick Davis' crew by firing a 287 (98-98-91) for 52nd place.
