Golf Runs Upfront at Royal Lakes Invitational

Greensboro, N.C. – The Greensboro Golf Team has been a little "Feast or Famine" during the 2022 season. They opened with a decisive victory over a strong field at the Transylvania Fall Invitational in Lexington, KY in early September. The next two outings, including a home match at historic Starmount Forest Country Club, were not as kind to the team as they finished mid-pack. The Royal Lakes Invitational, played on the Par 72, 6717 Yards Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club in Flowery Branch, GA, would be next on the schedule and somewhere along the highway the Pride linksters would catch the "Mojo" and put on a show both days in the 36-hole event featuring 22 top-tier teams from around the country.
