Gomez, Mustangs battling against tough field at DBU Women's Classic

DENTON, Texas — Midwestern State faced a championship caliber field in the opening rounds of the DBU Women's Classic Monday at Wildhorse Golf Club.

And it certainly showed. The Mustangs head into Tuesday's final round in 18th place after carding team totals of 313 and 305 for a 42-over, 36-hole tally of 618.
