Haakenson Places Sixth Overall as Eagles Finish UMAC Women’s Golf Championship as Runners-Up by Two Strokes

BECKER, Minn. – University of Northwestern Women's Golf competed in the third and final day of the 2022 UMAC Championship on Saturday. Trailing first place University of Minnesota Morris by two strokes entering the day, the Eagles matched the Cougars score of 371 (+83) on Saturday to finished the championship as runners-up. Northwestern finished the three-day championship with a 1099 (+235). Minnesota Morris won the championship by two strokes with a 1097 (+233). Crown College finished 66 strokes behind the Eagles in third-place, shooting a 1165 (+301).
