Haakenson’s 88 Tops Leaderboard as Eagles Win UMAC Preview

BECKER, Minn. – University of Northwestern Women's Golf competed in the UMAC Preview Tournament at Pebble Creek Golf Club on Thursday. The Eagles continued their perfect start to this fall with another first place finish, shooting 366 (+78) as a team to win the conference preview. Claire Haakenson led both UNW and the entire conference field of 41 athletes with an 88 (+16). The sophomore won the conference preview by one stroke, finishing just ahead of runner-up Hannah Selig of Minnesota Morris.
