Hicks Takes Music City Title; Women's Golf Finishes Tied for First

OLD HICKORY, Tenn. | Hermitage Golf Course – McKendree University women's golf placed second at the Music City Invitational as Martina Hicks earned medalist status with a first-place finish during the two-day outing. Hicks claimed victory during the tournament with 6-over total during 36 holes of play, as she fired a 150 at the Trevecca-hosted tournament. There were three top-five placements for the Bearcats as Hicks won the tournament, Rachael Kell fired a 153 to finish tied for third, and Imogen Rafferty carded a 154 to tie for fifth. The Bearcars will be back in action at the UMSL Spring Invitational in St. Louis, Missouri at Norwood Hills Country Club on April 9-10.
