Hornets Improve 11 Strokes to Wrap Up Opening Spring Tournament

Savannah, Ga. – Shenandoah wrapped up the two-day, three-round tournament, at the Savannah Country Club hosted by Berry College on Tuesday afternoon.  The Hornets finished their final four holes of round two, which were cut short due to darkness, before finishing the final 18 holes.  Shenandoah made vast improvements the more they played the course, the Hornets improved by nine strokes in round two to shoot a 301, before taking two more strokes off in round three to shoot 299.  For the tournament, Shenandoah shot a 910, +58 to finish in ninth place out of the 17-team field.
