Jacob Roth Leads the Way For Men's Golf at 22nd Annual NSU Golf Classic

MUSKOGEE, Okla. – The Newman Men's Golf team returned to action this week as they competed in the 22nd Annual NSU Golf Classic on Apr. 12th and 13th.  As a team, the Jets would finish 19th out of 20 teams that competed in the tournament shooting 70 over par.  Central Missouri would win the team portion of the competition shooting a combined 5 under par.  Jacob Roth would be Newman's best scorer finishing in 77th place shooting 15 over par.  Luke Palmowski from Rogers State and Kade Johnson from Southern Arkansas finished tied for 1st in the individual both scoring 6 under par for the tournament.
