Johnson & Robinson grab MVP honors as Falcon's finish 3rd at CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships

Winston-Salem, NC — The Saint Augustine's University Men and Women took to the track for the CIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships this past weekend at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, NC.  Both teams finished 3rd in the overall standings despite some strong performances from the team.  The CIAA recognized Malaysia Johnson (Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dillard HS) and Terrell Robinson (Winston-Salem, NC, Mount Tabor HS) as the Championship MVP for Running Events at the conclusion of the meet.  Johnson had one of her best meets of the season winning the 60m dash, 200m dash, and putting up a strong leg on the championship winning 4×400 relay for the Falcons.  Robinson took the 60m dash for the Falcons making it back to back championships for the Sophomore who has the #2 ranked time in all of NCAA Division II track and field.
