Late Penalty Goal Helps Roos to Draw with Mavericks

KANSAS CITY – Kansas City Men's Soccer battled through weather delays and physical play in the team's Summit League opener, fighting to a 1-1 draw with Omaha this afternoon. After a slow start offensively, the Roos picked up in the second half, attempting 12 shots and culminating in an 89th minute equalizing penalty kick for Edson Murguia.
