RIO GRANDE VALLEY – There have been countless milestone moments in recent years for The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, from the start of new programs to grand openings and enhancements of facilities and, beginning in July, a new chapter as members of the Southland Conference.
