Lopes hold 2nd place into final round in Hawaii

LIHU'E, KAUA'I – Grand Canyon's quest to repeat at the WAC Championship started off strong after a second place showing at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate. Through day one of the John A. Burns Intercollegiate at the Ocean Course Hokuala, the Lopes are tied for second among a field with six teams ranked in the top-40 of the NCAA Scoreboard rankings.
