Big 12

Ludvig Aberg selected to Team Europe for 44th Ryder Cup

It's been a heck of year for Ludvig Aberg. First came a historic repeat victory at the Big 12 Championship. Then a second-consecutive Ben Hogan Award. Next, Aberg finished first in the PGA TOUR U Rankings, earning his full PGA TOUR Card for the remainder of the 2023 season and the entire 2024 season.

Later in May, Aberg became the seventh golfer all-time to sweep the three national awards: Hogan, Haskins and Nicklaus. Just yesterday, the former Red Raider earned his first professional victory, winning the European Omega Masters in come-from-behind fashion. Now? A Ryder Cup berth. A berth that exemplifies the Texas Tech moto of From Here, It's Possible.
