McDonald matches program record with 65 as Muleriders finish fifth at MSSU Fall Invite

MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Despite a morning fog that pushed back the start of round one action on Monday at the Missouri Southern Fall Invitational and consequently led to a majority of the field needing to finish round two on Tuesday prior to final round action beginning later in the morning, the Southern Arkansas Men, led by a historic effort from junior Logan McDonald, were unphased. Head coach Neriah Brown's squad put together a second consecutive impressive outing, this one chock full of new record book entries, to finish fifth (848; -16) in the heavy twenty-team regional field from the par-72, 6,840-yard course of the Shangri-La Country Club.
