Men golfers win SWVA Cup

BLUEFIELD – The Bluefield University golf team won the Battle of Southwest Virginia, a head-to-head competition with Emory & Henry College, this weekend.  This The event was a 36-hole competition held at Fincastle on day 1, and Glenrochie Golf Club on day 2.  The Rams won the overall championship with a 596 36-hole total, edging out Emory & Henry by two shots.  Jacob Mitchell won medalist honors with a 139 (69, 70).
