Men's Golf Holds Top Spot, Women Fourth At NWC Spring Classic

The Northwest Conference Spring Classic got underway today and closed with a fine Day 1 showing by both the Whitman College men's and women's golf teams. In a day filled with sprinkles of hail and snow and wind guests, the men's squad closed the opening 18 holes at the top of the team leaderboard with the women's team holding strong at fourth.
