Men’s golf in the mix heading into final round

Chico State Men's Golf Coach Nick Green admitted that he wasn't sure what to expect from his team after the Wildcats missed all of last season and much of the one prior. Green has to be tickled pink about what he saw in the first two rounds of the 2021–22 campaign. Following back-to-back 8-over-par 288s, the Wildcats are one shot out of the lead at the season-opening Sonoma State Invitational at Valley of the Moon Golf Club in Santa Rosa.
