Men's Golf: MGOLF: Seawolves Place in Top-6 for Third Straight Tournament in Spring Campaign

LIVERMORE, CALIF. – On Monday and Tuesday, March 7th and 8th, the Sonoma State men's golf team resumed spring competition after a week break at the Northwest Nazarene Invitational at Poppy ridge Golf Course. The Seawolves finished the two round event alone in 6th place out of the deep 16 team field. A sub 300 team score after the first round put head coach Val Verhunce and his group inside the top-4 and only a few strokes off the lead, giving them a good look to sneak into the top-3 on day two.
