Mitchell Stays Hot in Opening Round in Puerto Rico

DORADO BEACH, PUERTO RICO – Junior Griffin Mitchell continued his outstanding start to the spring season by firing a five-under 67 at the first round of the Dorado Beach Collegiate in Puerto Rico. Mitchell is tied for third place individually after 18 holes. The Dragons finished the opening round at two-over par and are in 11th place in a field that has four teams ranked in the top 40 nationally.
