Mustangs, Gomez win Oklahoma Intercollegiate

LAWTON, Okla. — Senior Juanita Gomez earned top individual medalist honors for the second time in her collegiate career leading Midwestern State to team title Monday in the Oklahoma Intercollegiate played at the Lawton Country Club.

"Juanita played very well," MSU assistant coach Brad Corley said. "She handled greens that were pretty difficult to read and really bumpy. She played very steady, no-bogey golf."
