Otter Men Come Up One Stroke Short

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A rollercoaster final round saw the Cal State Monterey Bay men's golf team fall one stroke short in its quest for a fifth title at the CCAA Championship Tournament Wednesday at the Victoria Club.
