Panthers Finish Eighth at Grandover Intercollegiate

Greensboro, N.C.- The High Point men's golf team finished its fall schedule today at the Grandover Intercollegiate. High Point finished eighth out of the 16 teams in the field, shooting a 7-over par 871. After winning Big South freshman of the week last week, Burch Harrison followed it up with a 1-under par 215 for the tournament. Harrison carded the best round of his round career on Sunday, shooting a 3-under par 69.  After a triple bogey on the par-four ninth hole put him at two over par for the day, Harrison moved below par on the back nine with three birdies and one eagle. He finished his round eagle-birdie-par to finish in a tie for 15th.
