Phoenix In Sixth After Day One Of Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational

NAPA, CA. – The Elon University men's golf team sits in solo sixth place with a 36-hole total of 587 (+11) following day one at the Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational. Garrett Risner led the Phoenix after round one with a 3-under par 69 while Matthew Doyle carded a 1-under par 71 in his opening round. They both are now in a tie for 14th place in the individual standings.
