Piontkowski's Career Low, Ciccarella's Program-Record Highlight Day Two at Augustine Intercollegiate for NJCU Golf

STAFFORD, Va. — The New Jersey City University men's and women's golf teams competed in day two of the Augustine Intercollegiate on Saturday, April 1. The 36-hole tournament is being hosted at Augustine Golf Club by Arcadia University. The second round for NJCU was highlighted on the men's side by a career-low round for junior Taj Piontkowski (Califon, N.J./Voorhees), who shot a 75. Additionally, freshman Meadow Ciccarella (Hawthorne, N.J./Hawthorne) shot a women's program record of 85 to obliterate the previous mark of 93, which she set last week.
