PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – The UNT women's golf team holds an 11-shot lead at the Conference USA Championship, and Mean Green teammates Ellie Roth and Patricia Sinolungan are co-leaders – two shots up on third place – ahead of Saturday's final round with UNT aiming for a third straight conference championship.
