Softball Drops Series Opener at Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. – Following a weather delay that pushed one of today's games to tomorrow morning, Kansas City fell to Omaha in the series-opening matchup, 8-4. Ally Vonfeldt was responsible for all four of the Roos' runs, highlighted by a three-run bomb in the top of the seventh inning that gave KC energy going into tomorrow's doubleheader.
