Spartans sprint to seventh straight NACC Championship

A traditional unlike any other returned this afternoon as the Aurora University men's golf team won the 2023-2024 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship, the seventh consecutive year for AU. The 2024 title came in another impressive performance as the Spartans won by 63 strokes with a four-round record score of 1,182. AU teammates Jack Vercautren, Scott Boyajian and Braeden Duncan battled throughout the tournament for the top spot, finishing first, second and third. Vercautren won the individual medalist honors, his third time winning the NACC individual title in his career.
