Stags Wrap Up Play At Season-Opening SHU Spring Break Invitational

FLEMING ISLAND, Fla.-The Fairfield University men's golf team wrapped up play on Saturday in its 2024 season-opening tournament, the Sacred Heart Spring Break Invitational which took place at the Eagle Harbor Golf Club in Fleming Island, Florida, and the Stags shot a team total of 304 over the final 18 holes.  Over the 36-hole, two day event  in the Sunshine State, Fairfield finished with a team score of 613 putting them in eighth place out of nine teams.  Purdue Fort Wayne won the weekend's team trophy shooting a one over par 577.
