Stan State Finishes First Round of CCAA’s in Third Place

After the first eighteen holes of the 2023 California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Men's Golf Championships, Stan State is in third place with a four-under par 284 at the par-72 Victoria Club in Riverside, Calif.  Chris Ebster leads the way for the Warriors with his three-way under par 69 which places him in a four-way tie for fifth place.  Cal State Monterey Bay leads the eight-team field with a 13-under par 275 followed by Cal State San Marcos with a ten-under par 278.  Matthew Pennington (Cal State San Marcos) and Easton Heather (Cal State East Bay) are tied for first place each with a five-under par 67.
