Stoker Climbs to Finish Fourth as Men's Golf Ties for Fifth at Arcadia Classic

LAKEWOOD, N.J. — The New Jersey City University men's golf team had an extremely impressive day today, Saturday, April 2, as the Gothic Knights combined to fire a team score of 329 — dropping 55 strokes from round one — to move up to and finish in a tie for fifth place at this weekend's Arcadia University Spring Kick Off Classic, which took place at the par-72, 6,690-yard Eagle Ridge Golf Course. Highlighting the day was freshman Evan Stoker (Clinton, N.J./Voorhees), who charged up the leaderboard to finish in fourth place overall with Saturday's plus-4 round of 76, which shaved six strokes of his score from round one.
