Stone earns All-Conference honors as Women's Golf fall season concludes

Pewaukee, Wis. — Lizzy Stone was named to the All-CCIW team at the 2022 CCIW Women's Golf Championship on Saturday, as the sophomore finished the weekend in fourth place overall to lead Wheaton. The Thunder placed seventh in the league-wide competition, posting a total three-day team score of 1074. The Carthage Firebirds edged the Thunder to sixth place by just four strokes, but Wheaton entered the clubhouse a comfortable 61 shots ahead of eighth-placed Carroll, who hosted this year's event.
