Strong Finish On Final Nine Propels Men's Golf To Fifth Place After First Day of OAC Championship

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio — The John Carroll men's golf team's quest to defend their Ohio Athletic Conference title began in a new format, playing 27 of their 72 holes on the first day of competition at River Greens Golf Course. JCU ended their round and a half in fifth place, jumping up two spots after finishing in seventh with 313 strokes in the first round.
