Three Gyrenes in Top 15 at SUN Championships

LAKE WORTH, Fla.- The Ave Maria University men's golf team took a major step forward in their progression as a program this week, playing the nation's toughest conference tournament – The Sun Conference Championships. Ave Maria placed seventh, but left Lake Worth with a bright future. The Gyrenes were more than 100 strokes better in relation to par than last year's tournament, and saw one of the best rounds in program history in the final round.
