Villaverde Takes Third as Saints Finish Tied for Sixth at Triton Invitational

Carmen Villaverde took third place at the Triton Invitational and helped the Maryville women's golf team tie for sixth at Norwood Hills Country Club. She shot 74-78=152 to trail medalist Emma Thorngren by just three strokes. The Saints climbed three spots in the team competition and finished 341-324=665.
